Fred Pierce Studio Drum Shop’s 40th Anniversary
Fred Pierce still going strong. After a successful career as a studio drummer in Nashville, Fred Pierce decided to open Fred Pierce Studio Drum Shop in1972. A little piece of history as being the oldest drum-only shop in St. Louis…Dave Weckl honed his interest and craft while hanging out with Fred in his shop as a youngster. You can still hear Fred’s smooth drumming at local venues. Happy 40th!
